Capital City Elite offers elite competitive teams for ages 7 and older, and for levels 1 to 3. Elite cheerleaders are placed on teams based on age and skill level. These athletes typically practice twice per week throughout the season. Competitive teams compete at competitions in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and P.E.I. This season, elite teams will travel to Nationals in Ontario as well! We have teams for every age and skill level; no experience is required.
